Photos from Depositions Hearing
Today has been the first day of depositions in the so called "Operation Eight" trial. This morning around 30 people gathered outside the Auckland district court with banners and placards to express their solidarity with those arrested in last years terror raids.
Depositions is likely to last for a few weeks and I understand that court has involved all the usual bullshit and muckaround that we all know and expect from our so called justice system.

Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
Both stuff.co.nz and The NZHerald have stated 'Despite the high profile coverage of previous court appearances by the accused only a handful of supporters were protesting outside the court with banners' - how many in a handful?
From about 9am to 10:30 I thought it was more like 30.
Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
The comment in the NZ Herald and on stuff.co.nz is pretty stupid because it also does not take into account the hundreds of people who protested against the raids last Saturday.
Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
very tedious
Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
TV3 only showed a 15-second or so blip of footage of supporters on 6pm news - Tame entering Court was shown for longer.
Lots of minimising language being used. Once again, bias subtly applied for the masses!
Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
Yes the scum who took ilegal possesion of firearms and talked about murdering white people are having there day in court.
What great news.
Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
TV One had quite a good segment and they talked to about 4 or 5 of the protesters outside the court.

Why is that 10/10 redneckery? Which incidently is not a recognised word. The man was quoted as saying he wanted to kill some whites. The poster was happy that he'll get his day in court.
This is a typical example of you and yours utopian leftist vitriolic crap. I just dissapointed you all aren't rotting away banged up on terrorism charges.
Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
Oh so you claim you fight opression and imaginary facist right wing NZ govts, yet you censor and remove posts that proffer counter opinions to your narrow minded and infantile statements.
What gives? Can't stomach what you serve up?
Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
There we go - for all to see - "banged up terrorism charges". Regardless of all our individual political leanings/biases, i think deep down most of us know these charges are bollocks and a bit over the top.
Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
The charges of illegal possesion of firearms a bit over the top.?
If you want to run around in the bush conducting military style training take illegal possesion of firearms and be stupid enough to talk to your friend about wanting to commit race based murder don,t cry when the police kick your door in.
They all deserve there day in court.

You mean like the Terroritorial Army?
Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
To be fair, if you talked about committing race based crimes in the terries you'd get torn a new one
Re: Photos from Depositions Hearing
Never thought that as far from Latin America as New Zealand is, we would share the same situations, i.e., State Terrorismo. Best of luck and regards from Mexico. La h
