Well it would be nice if people put their names to comments but oh well. How does it being not-for-profit mean it wouldn't survive? The workers are all people involved in the co-op (there is no division being workers and co-op "managers") hence there is no workers and capitalists, very different from capitalism! The hope might be able to pay people a living wage as it can allow, but i can only speak for myself in that regard.
