I don't agree with the libertarianz standpoint, but I don't think it is entirely accurate to call it hypocritical. They obviously have a different definition of civil disobedience to you.
In the first case they were not calling on the farmers to destroy or deface anyone elses private property, only to ignore a policy. In the second case they were angered at the "vandalism" that the GE activists employed against other's private property.
Obviously they have a problem with civil disobedience that infringes on the property rights of others. I see no contradiction, but perhaps I am mistaken.
