The two locked on have been deemed prisoners, but police and others are unable to remove them from the tracks. They have formed a line around them and are refusing anyone to aid them.
Their support person has been ARRESTED for 'communicating with prisoners' (or something) while trying to get water to the two.
Besides this, lockon is going well: looks like they'll be there for a while.
