So I guess what this is saying is you can assault someone and get away with it as long as you are a member of the Labour Party.....

Either that, or you can do things like abuse and antagonise a peaceful protest, as long as you're just a normal person and not a cop.
Are there laws against other people obstructing your democratic rights?
