The Wai 116 claim began with kaumatua Teddy Emery, true, but he did'nt pass on his knowledge of 'the lost lands' to Pita Pangari, Pita Pangari stole them. Teddy Emery would be ashamed of what Pita Pangari has negotiated for our hapu, and anyone that would vote yes to the governments offer needs their head examined.
