GUILTY!

Whilst the injustice system found the 3 cop rapists 'not guilty', some people in Christchurch obviously don't agree!

Re: GUILTY!

awesome stuff christchurch crew, good shit. Was there a protest outside court this morning? The rest of the coutry really does now have to follow suit - we cannot let them away with it - we need to act now while it is still in peoples conciousness. I haven't been able to think of much else since the verdict yesterday. People who had contemplated rape before will go ahead and offend now, for what are the consequences? Three years off work on full pay? It's a complete fucking joke!

Re: GUILTY!

it's a beautiful demonstration of saying "fuck u!" to the system...
"anger is a gift"- rage against the machine.

Re: GUILTY!

people who post digital photos of "crimes" they may have committed, should make sure they strip all the EXIF data from the images before they post them. otherwise I can tell in 30 seconds what brand of camera they used, and all their camera settings, the time and date recorded when the pic was taken etc

- Primary Image
Manufacturer = EASTMAN KODAK COMPANY
Model = KODAK C310 DIGITAL CAMERA
Exposure Time = 1/64 sec [0.016]
F Number = 9/2 [4.500]
Exposure Program = Normal program
ISO Speed Ratings = 140
Exif Version = 0221
Original Create Time = 2005:01:28 16:49:17
Digitalization Time = 2005:01:28 16:49:17
Components Configuration = YCbCr
Compressed Bits per Pixel = 16/5 [3.200]
Shutter Speed Value = 599/100 [5.990]
Aperture Value = 433/100 [4.330]
Exposure Bias Value = 0
Max. Aperture Value = 433/100
Metering mode = CenterWeightedAverage
Flash = Flash fired, automatic mode
Focal Length = 5.90 mm
etc etc

scarey eh? that took me 5 seconds to find from one of those images. luckily in this case, the cosp arent going to be putting a big effort in, but be aware and get sensible now, cos next time might be the big one you dont want to get caught for.

anyway, good work, but be careful

Re: GUILTY!

It also takes about 5 seconds to tweak your EXIF settings,

Just open your image in a good teXt editor, the EXIF information is usually near the top of the file just change the name of the camera to something else then save - easy

Re: CHIEF JUDGE

If Sue Bradford's anti smacking bill is any indication of extreme invasion of parent's rights, try Bue Sackford’s anti sliding one.

Her bill prohibits any one from wiping their backsides upward, preventing any intention of the wrist to strike from the backside. That leaves the front, which can only permit wiping downward and forwardness. In that position, no one is threatened from any intention of the wrist to strike or smack, or imposed force upon him/herself by turning 90 degrees in the process.

It was much clear and a relief to her followers who totally agreed, and are never looking back.

Re: GUILTY!

I want to convey the following statement.

I chose as a woman to attack and deface the Christchurch Court House as an expression of mine and many other women's
disgust and anger over the way that rape cases are handled in New Zealand. I feel that the adversary and biased methods
that are used in New Zealands justice system are not working in a way so as to protect and support women who have been
raped.

Myself and others believe that (in the trials of the three policemen) it was intentional that the justice system trialed these cases separately and that preventing the prosecution from showing probative evidence that was weighted against its prejudical effect (as there was very little other evidence) from previous cases, that would have been necessary for the
just conviction of these men, to the jury was also intentionally done. As a way in which the Judisary System was able to protect their own, the police, in a vain attempt to shield the enforcers of their laws from adverse public outcry, at the expense of protecting the people (especially the women) of New Zealand. This has obviously backfired as many people are of the opinion that in these cases these men have gotten away with a brutal and arrogant abuse of power.

Again I am saying this was deliberate on the part of the state to not offer full protection to the people of New Zealand,
and to protect its own from being seen as 'untrustworthy'. The Noble Lie.

Re: Re: GUILTY!

If you had taken the slightest notice of the evidence in the trial, even you would reach the same conclusion as the jury regarding at least one of the defendants.

But you're more interested in venting your anger at the expense of the public than the truth.

At least one thing is certain; there are far more people in this country that disapprove of your actions than there are people that agree with your convictions.

Re: GUILTY!

Spraying paint on the Christchurch District Court building is a crime. This behaviour demonstrates the hypocrisy of its perpetrator(s) and anyone that condones it. Its stupid and bitter.

Re: Re: GUILTY!

So is rape

Re: Re: Re: GUILTY!

So its ok to commit other crimes then? Duh!

Re: Re: GUILTY!

Rape destroys people's lives. It's abusive and hideous. These men did even more than rape, they terrorised women. What do you do when you're raped by the police? Ask a friend of theirs to investigate?

Comparing rape in any way to property damage is so offensive I don't know where to start.

Re: Re: Re: GUILTY!

None of the jury were police. Its clear from the evidence the complainant and Rickards had never met before the trial.

Making a false allegation is just as damaging and destructive as committing the crime. So by your own words you are as guilty as any rapist.

You are consistent in perceiving offense that doesn't exist. It is obvious that rape is a far more serious crime than spraying the court building with paint. The blind obsession that motivated someone to do that is similar though, something you are also affected by it seems.

Re: GUILTY!

"Spraying paint on the Christchurch District Court building is a crime.",,,,,, what got pssed off as justice in your NZ courtrooms for the last century is a crime,,, Not burning the dysfunctional decrepit buildings down with thier great white rapist judiciary inside is another.
kill them all.

Re: Re: GUILTY!

Sixty percent of the prison population in NZ are maoris. Maoris are twenty times as likely to commit rape, arson and murder as white people. It sounds like you are one of them.

Re: GUILTY!

you find crime wherever you look for it. jails are filled with minorities because pigs are racist.

Re: GUILTY!

Its got nothing to do with whether you are Maori, white, or purple with green spots, and it is only paint! However, it is sad when the law does not do justice to the crime.

Re: GUILTY!

Who ever di these are really sick. I have been raped and I am still scard for life from it. I am only 17years old and other people should have respect fro the police because they protect us.
