Monday, 10th September
19:20 - The two remaining arrestees are now out of the cells. The one charged with assaulting a police officer will attend court on Tuesday.
18:15 - TV3 News is reporting that the non-cooperating arrestee has also been charged with obstruction, while the third has been charged with assaulting a police officer. Neither have been released yet, but police have stated that both will be out tonight.
17:48 - One arrestee has been released, charged with obstruction, and will appear in court on Friday. The non-cooperating arrestee has so far not been allowed to see a lawyer despite his requests.
17:15 - The police said that 2 of the 3 arrestees will be out soon, although they want to verify the residency status of one of them. The third person is not cooperating and it "will be some time" until he gets out. No information available from the police on what charges have been laid.
17:00 - The 3 people are still in prison and people are waiting outside the police station for them.
14:00 - Arrestees have not arrived at cop shop. A number of people are back at Aotea Square, some doing witness statements. Quite a few people got punched in the head during the second scuffle.
13:30 - Protesters have left. Three arrests in all.
13:25 - Another arrest. Punches thrown.Protesters used flag poles to punch cops.
13:20 - Cops attempt to move people further. Scuffle: two people arrested.
13:00 - Scuffle: cops clear drive way, pushing people to one side. Speaking from Citizens Against Privatisation speaking.
12:55 - Drive way blocked, and cars unable to get in. Jane Kelsey is speaking.
12:50 - Forum is at the Hilton Hotel. March has just arrived, and smoke bombs and flares have been set off. A line of cops (about 30) present, but no attempts to break through line as yet.
12:30 - Demo down Queen St now. 100 people.
12:10 - Around 50 people in Aotea Square. No cops.
12:10 - Activist appeared in court from yesterday's arrest. Bail conditions to not go within 200m of Mt Eden Prsion.

10:30 - we do not know when the activist who was arrested yesterday will be in court tomorrow. There are people at the district court trying to find out more.
10:25 - protesters have left - back in 1.5 hours.
10:15 - some journalists have confirmed to protesters that the venue has been changed and the forum will be held at the Hilton Hotel!

95bFM reported that the NZ/US partnership forum will be held at an inner-city venue and not the Auckland Museum.
09:50 - two crown cars have left the Hilton hotel. It was announced on a local radio station that the venue for the forum has been changed. It was supposed to be held at the Auckland Museum.
09:45 - police allege that a suitcase was placed at Britomart.
09:30 - the police boat in the harbour near the hotel has died and they had to get a mechanic in to fix it and the aluminium ladder just fell off the back of the boat. The protest is still going.
08:50 - the press conference is still going.
08:35 - the protesters are still outside the hotel. Prime Minister Helen Clark was apparently driven to the hotel in an unmarked car around 5 minutes ago. More cops have arrived. A press conference with Clark was scheduled to start at 8.30 at the hotel.
07:45 - a group of around 10 protesters is outside the Hilton Hotel where forum participants are staying. They are holding a big "
NZ not for sale" banner. There are around 10 police officers at the driveway and barriers are up.
Sunday, 9th September
15:00 - a police motorcade with two crown cars drove down Symonds Street and received a lot of middle fingers from participants of the anarchist conference.
09:30 - an activist was arrested at the
A Space Inside social centre for breach of bail. Police officers used pepper spray.

As for police harrassment, well, what do you expect? Especially considering the lack of appreciation shown towards crown vehicles on the street.
Seriously though, my thoughts are with the police womn and men today who have one of world's shittiest jobs, protecting oppressors and murderers as they plot more bloodshed and moneymaking.
