Re: Prisoner Support Events in Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington)

Why the word "small" before action on 12 midday Saturday. We need to get out of the ghettoes and build Saturday actions as widely as possible. As WIDELY as possible

Re: Prisoner Support Events in Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington)

Very nice... but we still need to get out onto the streets! Mass Civil Rights Action Now! If we don't stand up and fight for our rights, the government will continue to take them from us.

WELLINGTON FUNDRAISING SHOW for those arrested in the swoop by the cops on October 15, under the hefty threat of terrorism. The state has targeted Tino Rangatiratanga, peace, and political activists. Currently 18 are in jail without bail, the 4 arrested in Wellington have been sent to Auckland, 1000kms away, to have the trail heard with the others - away from friends, family, and whanau support.

October Saturday 27 : HAPPY, cnr Vivian & Tory. FUNDRAISING SHOW for the arrested activists from Monday October 15. $10 or Koha entry, starts 9pm. Line up:- The Windups, mr sterile Assembly, Upper Hutt Posse, Te Kupu [video presentation], Julie Webb-Pullman [Kiwi-Journo who has just returned from Chiapas, Mexico], Ali Egoz [representitive from 128 Able Smith St]
