‘Now the People Have Awoken’, a film exploring Venezuela’s unfolding
revolution directed by Christchurch-based film-makers Julia Capon and
Ricardo Restrepo, will be screening in Wellington as part of the Human
Rights Film Fest on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th May.

After the Saturday screening, co-director Ricardo Restrepo will be
speaking about the making of the film and recent events in Venezuela. This
is a great opportunity to ask questions and network with other interested
people.

Saturday 10th May at El Horno (on Courtney Place opposite the Paramount
Theatre) after 3:45 screening of ‘Now the People Have Awoken’
(approximately 5:30pm)
